FAQ’s on Car Rental

  • What are the operating hours of your office?
    Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 6pm. Closed on Sat / Sun and Public Holidays. You need to rent minimum 3 days for weekends which is from Friday to Monday. We would be open on Sat and Sun only if cars are still available for rent but no reservation can be make for weekend pick up. You will need to call up on the day itself to check availability. Reservation can only be made for Friday pick up.
  • What are the locations for collection of vehicles?
    You can pick up your vehicles at our Office @ No. 12 Amber Garden’s, Singapore 439959 or opt for our Delivery / Collection Service to your location at an additional charge of $40 per trip.
  • How much is the refundable security deposit and what do I need to bring?
    We require a refundable security deposit of $200 in CASH ONLY payable when you pick up the car for daily to weekly rentals except for Luxury models. For Luxury models, do call back and check for the security deposit required. As for monthly rentals and above, please call in to enquire. Pls bring along your original NRIC and Driving License together with the deposit in cash upon picking up the vehicle.
  • What happens if I don’t show up at the date and time of supposed rental?   The full rental will be forfeited for No-Shows.
  • How much fuel should the vehicle be returned with?
    It should be returned with about the same level when it was rented out to you. Please take note that only 95 and above fuels are allowed.
  • When will you return my refundable deposit?
    We will return your refundable deposit on the spot when you return the car in the same condition it was rented out to you.
  • Can I pay when I collect the car?
    Unfortunately due to many “No shows”, the full car rental payment must be paid in advance to confirm any bookings. You can either come down to our offices to make this payment or make the online reservation on our website. For promotional rates, an additional 4% will be charged to the total amount when you pay online..
  • What is the minimum and maximum age to rent a car from you?
    The minimum age is 26 years old and the maximum age is 72 years old.
  • Can I drive your car to Malaysia?
    Yes, you may upon our approval. A small additional surcharge between $20 to $50 per 24-hour period from the time entering causeway will be levied (furthest state in Malaysia applies for all the number of days) for vehicles traveling to Malaysia. Failure to inform for travels or extended travels in Malaysia will carry a penalty of $50/day on top of the additional Malaysia surcharge applicable. Please note we do not provide a replacement car in Malaysia if the car happens to be involved in an accident or breakdown. (As everyone knows, all cars are machines in which breakdowns can never be predicted. Having said that, rest assured we have taken all effort to maintain our cars in their best condition so that this kind of unfortunate incidents do not happen as it is a burden to everyone). Nevertheless, in any case, if this does happen and we are not able to repair the car on the spot or in the nearest workshop, we will tow back the car to Singapore at our cost and refund you back the unused rental from the time of breakdown. No other compensations will be given other than the refund of rental.
  • What time can I pick up the car and return?
    You can pick up the car anytime during our office hours and the return time would be the same as the time your reservation or collection, whichever is earlier. Hourly extension is charged at 1/5 of the daily rental rate for each hour extended up to a maximum of 5 hours. One day rental will be charged for returns later than 5 hours.
  • Do you have GPS or baby/child seat for rental and what is your excess?
    Yes we have them and it is available for rental at only $10/day for each and our excess is $3500 for each and every claim against our policy .
  • Can my friend drive the car I rented?
    No he/she can’t drive the car unless he/she is registered with us as an additional driver which is charged at additional $5 / day. Insurance is only covered for registered drivers
  • Can you deliver or collect the car to/from me?
    Yes, we can deliver the car at $40 per trip within Singapore.
  • Can I rent out the car I rented?
    No, you cannot. Sub-Renting out the car is strictly prohibited.
  • Can I smoke in the car?
    No, for the comfort of everyone using the car, smoking is strictly prohibited at all times. We are sure you like a clean smoke free car as well right?
